Berry Berry Cheesecak Parfaits image

I always have fresh or frozen berries on hand. I have lots of recipes that use fruits. This is a family favorite but mostly mine cause it make a great midnight snack.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package(s) philly cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cup(s) milk, cold
1 package(s) jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding
1-1/2 cup(s) cool whip, thawed & divided
24 - nilla wafer, coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cup(s) mixed berries, blueberries & strawberries fresh & sliced

Steps:

  • First beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl with a mixer until creamy. Then gradually beat in the milk. Then add in the pudding mix & mix well. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  • Next layer half each of the wafers, berries & pudding mixture in 8 parfait glasses. Repeat the layers.
  • Then top with the remaining COOL WHIP.
