Golden Beets(about 10)
Blood Oranges (8)
Flat Leaf Parsley
Lemons
champagne Vinegar
Shallot
Honey
Olive Oil
Goat Cheese
Mint

Steps:

  • roast beets until tender, remove oranges from peel and slice. Combine dressing together and toss and sprinkle goat cheese
