- combine cornstarch, black pepper, and red wine in shallow dish; mix well. Cut beef into 1 inch pieces; add to wine mixture, stirring to coat. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Stir-fry broccoli in half the oil in wok for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp. remove to warm bowl. Add remaining oil and garlic to wok. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and ginger; mix well. Add beef. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add onions and chili peppers. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add broccoli. Stir fry for 1 minute or until heated through.
