Beef Tortellini Soup Recipe - (1/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Lb ground chuck
1 28 oz can of tomato in puree
1 10 1/2 oz can french onion soup
1 9 oz package of frozen green beans
1 9 oz package of fresh cheese tortellini
1 t basil
1 medium zucchini chopped
3 1/2 C water

Steps:

  • In dutch oven cook ground chuck until browned and all juice is evaporated. Add tomato, onion soup, beans, tortellini, basil, and water. Heat until boiling, reduce heat to med-low cover and cook for 10 min, add zucchini and cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until the tortellini are tender.
