BEEF STROGANOFF (Jamie Oliver Davis) Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 ) 1 pound ground beef or beef tips Edit Delete
2 ) 2 tablespoons flour Edit Delete
3 ) 1/2 cup butter Edit Delete
4 ) 1 teaspoon salt Edit Delete
5 ) 1 cup sour cream Edit Delete
6 ) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Edit Delete
7 ) 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup Edit Delete
8 ) 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained Edit Delete
9 ) 1/4 teaspoon paprika Edit Delete
10 ) 1/4 cup chopped onion Edit Delete
11 ) 1 package egg noodles

Steps:

  • Melt butter and cook onions, hamburger, salt, pepper, paprika and flour until golden brown. Add mushrooms and soup and let simmer on low. Boil egg noodles, drain and stir into mixture. Add sour cream and mix.
