BEEF STROGANOFF BAKED IN THE OVEN
My friend and a sister Red HATTER, Ellen B.(SEE PICTURE) has made this several tines for her family.They love it. You can bake it in the oven, and go shopping, go to a movie, have your hair done or what ever... When you get back home.. dinner is waiting! I have made this delicious recipe, and it is a keeper. Steps:
- 1. Cut sirloin into 1 inch chunks. Put into a large baking dish. In a bowel mix all ingredients, Pour over sirloin. Cover and bake 3-4 hours in oven set at 300 F. DO NOT PEEK. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
