Beef Pastry Pockets image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1.5 c cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c cottage cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg puff pastry sheet, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. Cool cooked beef and cut puff pastry into 5 inch squares.
  • 2. Combine filling ingredients.
  • 3. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
  • 4. Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
