Steps:
- 1. Cool cooked beef and cut puff pastry into 5 inch squares.
- 2. Combine filling ingredients.
- 3. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
- 4. Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
