Steps:
- Boil water for egg noodles and cook according to package directions. Salt and Pepper beef. Melt 1 Tbsp. of butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add cubed beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and cover. Add 1 Tbsp. of butter to the skillet. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, and the shallot and brown for about 3-5 minutes. In a medium bowl, combine wine, broth, sour cream, flour, salt, pepper, and thyme. Add mixture to the skillet and bring to a boil. Return beef to skillet and reduce sauce for about 10-15 minutes stirring often. Serve over egg noodles
