Beef Brownies image

Brownies are great for people who love nuts, but can not eat them. The beef takes the consistency and taste of nuts. I brought them to a block party and everyone raved about them. Now I have to make them for all of the get togathers. Sometimes I add chocolate chips for a double chocolate brownies. I hope you all enjoy my recipe.

Yield 1 10x15 pan

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup cooked ground beef

Steps:

  • Mix sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and butter.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Mix well then add flour and salt.
  • Fold in ground beef.
  • Bake at 375 in a 10 x 15 pan for 25 minutes.
  • Don't over bake.
