Steps:
- Beef 1. Heat oil until simmering. Instruct guests to skewer beef one cube at a time and submerge in oil until desired donenes is reached. 2. Serve with the following sauces and accompaniments: mustard and capers; Bernaise sauce; Brandied Mushroom Sauce (See recipe). Brandied Mushroom Sauce 1. In saucepan, sautee shallots in butter, then quickly add mushrooms, stirring about 3 to 4 minutes. 2. Season with salt, soy sauce, sugar and brandy and then add cream, stirring until it simmers. 3. Serve warm.
