1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 3 medium), cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder, divided
1/3 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
1/3 cup harissa paste
1/2 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Classic Sweet & Thick

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Toss potatoes with pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium bowl. Spoon onto half of the prepared baking sheet.
  • Add chicken to bowl. Mix harissa paste and barbecue sauce until blended. Add 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture to chicken along with the remaining garlic powder and dressing; toss until chicken is evenly coated with barbecue sauce mixture. Place on other half of baking sheet.
  • Bake 22 to 24 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done (165°F), brushing chicken with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min.
