- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Toss potatoes with pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium bowl. Spoon onto half of the prepared baking sheet.
- Add chicken to bowl. Mix harissa paste and barbecue sauce until blended. Add 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture to chicken along with the remaining garlic powder and dressing; toss until chicken is evenly coated with barbecue sauce mixture. Place on other half of baking sheet.
- Bake 22 to 24 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done (165°F), brushing chicken with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min.
