Bathtub Gin Fizz image

I got this recipe from a Pillsbury cookbook long ago. DH and I love these and find ourselves mixing these up quite often. I like to garnish the glasses with lime wedges. Gin isn't aged, so it was a popular choice for bootleggers during prohibition. The homemade spirit was called "bathtub gin", hence the name of the drink.
