Steps:
- 1.Place milk, sugar, salt and butter in small sauce pan. 2.Heat over low heat until butter melts and ugar dissolves. Cool to lukewarm. 3.Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed mixer bowl. Add lukewarm milk misture, eggs and 5 cups flour. Attach bowl and doughhook to mixer. Speed 2 for 2 minutes. 4.Continue on speed 2, add remaining lfour, 1/2 c at a time and mix ~ 1 1/2 min, or until dough starts to clean sides of bowl. 5.Knead on speed 2 for 2 minute longer. 6.Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease top. cover. Let rise in warm place free of draft, ~1hour or until double in bulk. Punch down dough and shape as desired.
