Steps:
- Place oven rack in lower-middle position. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 8 inch round or square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat about 3 minutes or until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved. Add rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into large bowl. Add bananas; toss to coat. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
- Combine flour, pecans, remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, and salt in medium bowl; mix well. Cut remaining 4 tablespoons butter into small pieces. Add to flour mixture; mix with fingertips until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over banana mixture.
- Bake 40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
