Steps:
- In saucepan, melt butter and sugar with cinamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until golden brown (about 3 min.) Cut bananas into 1/2 inch thick slices and add to saucepan. Heat through. Do not overcook. Heat rum until just warm, pour slowly over slices, and ignite. Do not stir. Spoon mixture over ice cream. Enjoy
