Mom used to make this with a box of frozen sliced strawberries but I prefer fresh. It is very versatile and can be used to top cake, ice cream, pudding, yogurt, in parfaits, etc.

Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
- Slice strawberries and add sugar or artificial sweetener if needed.
- Combine berries, bananas, pineapple and juice and mix well.
- Use as a topping over ice cream, pound cake, angel food cake, pudding, yogurt, in parfaits, etc. May also add a little chocolate sauce, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry for a full banana split experience.
