Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease lightly an angle foodcake pan. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg whites. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and sour cream. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Fold into creamed mixture just until blended. Spoon mixture into the prepared pan and bake for approx. 45 minutes.
