Banana Poke Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
3 pieces Eggs
1 box 3.4 oz. Banana Pudding Mix - instant
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk - 14 oz.
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Oil
1 box Instant Banana Pudding Mix 5.1 oz.
3 sticks Bananas
1 cup Caramel Sauce
3 cups Milk
1 package 8 oz. Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, eggs, 3.4 oz. pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, water and oil with mixer until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool slightly, then poke holes throughout top of cake. Mix 5.1 oz. instant banana pudding mix with 3 cups of milk and pour over cake pushing down into holes. Refrigerate.
  • When set, spread with Cool Whip. Cut cake and top each piece with a couple of banana slices and then drizzle with caramel sauce.
