Banana Dump Cake image

For those with nut allergies!

1/2 c oleo (soft)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c bananas (mashed)
1 c sour cream
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
  • 3. Mix together oleo, sugar, eggs, bananas, sour cream, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and 1 tsp of vanilla until smooth and pour into 9 x 13 pan.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • 5. While cake is baking, beat together the other tsp on vanilla, cream cheese, and confectioners' suger until smooth.
  • 6. Allow cake to cool before frosting.
  • 7. Enjoy banana, nut free bliss!
