Banana Daiquiri image

Sweeten your evening with delicious Banana Daiquiris! If desired, use water and coconut milk instead of rum to make creamy, non-alcoholic Banana Daiquiris.

1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup water
2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. each zest and juice from 1 lime
4-1/2 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients except ice and COOL WHIP in blender until smooth.
  • Add ice; blend until thickened.
  • Pour into 4 tall glasses; top with COOL WHIP.
  • Serve immediately.
