1/2 cup heaping rolled oats
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 ripe banana, chopped
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
