- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Cut each pita into eight wedges. In a bowl mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- 3. Brush both sides of pita wedges with melted butter and sprinkle both sides of pita wedges with sugar mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until wedges are crispy.
- 4. Arrange cooled pita wedges on a serving plate. Top with caramel sauce, strawberries, banana slices, pineapple, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cherries and nuts.
