1 large butternut squash (2 lb.), peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup KRAFT Olive Oil Vinaigrettes - Balsamic
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss squash with vinaigrette and thyme.
  • Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 45 min. or until squash is tender, stirring after 30 min.
