Balsamic- Mustard Marinade image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Tamari or Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
6 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
2 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoons Brown or Yellow Mustard Seeds
2 teaspoons Peeled and Grated Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt to Taste
1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper to Taste

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients and use within one day. Makes about 3/4 cup of marinade.
