BAKED SALMON WITH TOMATOES, SPINACH AND MUSHROOMS image

4 salmon fillets
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomate chopped
1/3 cup kraft sundried tomato and oregano dressing

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375. Place salmon fillets, skin sides down in 9x13 baking dish greased. Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended and spoon over salmon Bake 20-25 mins or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork. May use red snapper or orange roughy fillets.
