Steps:
- Make salsa ahead. combine fruit with vegetables, and herbs or liquor. Let flavours blend a few hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Arrange salmon in a single layer in a baking dish. Squeeze over the juice of one lemon. Pour over the wine and season well with pepper. Bake at 425 F. for 10 minutes or till just cooked. You can also broil Serve with salsa.
