BAKED PESTO CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup pesto
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
sauce (if wanted)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees Season chicken with salt & pepper. Spread 1/4 cup pesto in 9 x 13 baking dish. Lay chicken over pesto and spread with remaining pesto. Top with shredded cheese. Cover baking dish with foil and cook 35-40 minutes.
