A basic lasagna for the whole family to enjoy. May serve with garlic bread and salad if desired.

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley.
- 2. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper and simmer for 1 hour.
- 3. Meanwhile, cook and cool noodles as directed on package.
- 4. Mix together eggs and ricotta (or cottage cheese).
- 5. In a 9 X 13 inch baking dish, spread about 1/2 cup meat sauce, then alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, egg mixture and mozzarella until baking dish is filled.
- 6. Top with more sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
