Baked Hash Brown Cups image

Number Of Ingredients 9

16 ounce Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes Thawed
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 dash Paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees, and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients and gently stir until combined.
  • Fill muffin cups, pressing down and fill each one. Bake 40 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool 10-15 mins before removing from pan. Top with whatever you enjoy!
