Steps:
- 1. Thaw fillets as directed on package.
- 2. Grease a 1-qt. shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the cracker crumbs. Lay the fillets on top of crumbs.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over fillets. Dot with butter and cheese.
- 4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 minutes, until the fish "flakes" when pierced with a fork.
