My Fitness Pal has some wonderful and easy recipes for low calorie and high protein breakfast. Had to share this one. Easy and good. Only 271 calories!!!

Steps:
- 1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, lay two tortillas down, top with peppers, ham an cheese, top with second tortilla, carefully crack egg over top.
- 2. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes.
