Baked Custard with Caramel Syrup image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 cups Rice Krispies®
4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fat-free milk
3/4 cup fat-free caramel ice cream topping

Steps:

  • 1. Place KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal in 8 x 8 x 2-inch (1 1/2-quart) glass baking dish. Set aside.2. In medium mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Stir in milk. Pour over cereal.3. Bake at 325°F about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with caramel syrup.
