Baked Chicken N Salsa By freda image

This is a great Recipe if Cooking for "ONE" "Two" or "Many". Very Easy, and Healthy dish.

Number Of Ingredients 5

SALSA CHICKEN (SPICEY) OR MILD (YOUR CHOICE)
1 - chicken breast
1/2 C - salsa i use mild ( mild or hot your choice)
6 small - black olives, (sliced or whole)
3 - jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)

Steps:

  • Prheat Oven @ 400. Cut Foil big enough to close around your Chicken breast.
  • Place Cken Breast onto the foil. Pour Salsa over the breast. Place Peppers(optionl) and Olives on top.
  • Wrap the Foil around the Cken Breast, Fold the ends together tight. Place in an oven dish.
  • BAKE 60 minutes. ENJOY, Serve with Baked tater, Spanish Rice, Rice a Roni, Salad, or Mexi Corn
