Baked Chicken Casserole image

My oldest son Jordy LOVES chicken and loves pasta, but hates veggies, so I came up with a recipe even he begs for.... and serve it with garlic bread. Can't go wrong with that, now can you?! Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 large chicken breast diced and skinless and boneless
16 oz california blend of veggies *frozen
2 jar(s) alfredo sauce (16 oz)
1/2 c milk
2 c shredded mozzerella cheese
16 oz penne pasta cooked and drained
1/2 small onion

Steps:

  • 1. Cook Penne pasta according to package, drain and add to a 9x13 pan, Pre heat oven to *350.
  • 2. diced chicken and half and onion, add to pasta. add remaining ingredients(except mozzarella cheese) , and stir well.
  • 3. cover with tin foil and bake for an Hour and a half, remove tin foil and add Cheese, return to oven till cheese is melted. and remove from stove and let sit. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!!!
