Nanny Pruitt made the best pimento cheese spread on the planet. I've been so hungry for it that I called mom (witch 123 Billie Blair) for the recipe. It's so easy! Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can(s) 12 oz. can evaporated milk
8 oz pimentos, minced
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 Tbsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Heat evaporated milk to hot but not boiling.
  • 2. Mix in cheese until melted slightly. Add pimentos and mustard. Mix well and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
