My children loved apples when they were little but not too many veggies. So I tried mixing things up and this recipe was a hit!

Steps:
- 1. Cook carrots in salted boiling water until tender(12 to 15 min.) Combine carrots and apples, turn into 9 inch. pie plate. Sprinkle with sugar, dot with butter. Dash carrots and apples generously with paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
