1 1/2 lbs halibut
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon thyme
4 tablespoons milk
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 lemon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Place fish in baking dish.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings.
  • Brush fish with milk, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Pour remaining milk over fish.
  • Bake until fish flakes.
  • Remove, sprinkle with olive oil.
  • Return to oven for a few minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
