BUFFALO SAUCE CREAMY COLE SLAW image

Couldn't bring myself to buy Deli during covid. Bought pre-cut coleslaw in packages about $1.89 (less than premade at Deli also) started creating creamy coleslaw variations adding my own extras. I enjoy it crunchy. Added Chopped green pepper, extra carrots, chopped green onion. then I came up with the Buffalo wing sauce variation...

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 pkg chopped cole slaw
1 c green pepper chopped
1 bunch green onion chopped
1 tsp pepper herbs
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
1 tsp salt
1/2 c white vinegar
1 1/2 c mayonaise
1/2 clove buffalo wing orange sauce
4 Tbsp vegetable oil

Steps:

  • 1. Mix mayo Buffalo wing sauce. Fold in packaged chopped coleslaw.
  • 2. Add garlic, pepper, oregano, herbs of Provence, and mixed well.
  • 3. Add chopped tiny green pepper for taste and crunch.
  • 4. Add chopped green onion; mix well.
  • 5. If you need more than 6 servings, add another bag of coleslaw and double the may buffalo sauce.
  • 6. I use milk but of course you can use hot if you like it. Mix all well.
  • 7. Add white vinegar & oil last. Mix well. Add more to taste.
  • 8. I don't prefer sugar or salt but add to your own taste.
  • 9. I love it in my BBQ chicken sliders or sandwiches as well as a great side stand alone.
