BAKED ASPARAGUS WITH BALSOMIC, BUTTER SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 bunch fresh asapargus, trimmed
2 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teastpoon balsomic vinegar
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Bake asparagus 12 minutes in the pre-heated oven, until tender. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and stif in soy sauce and balsamic venegar. Pour over the asparagus to servce.
