Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cut apples lengthwise in half; remove and discard stems and cores. Place apple halves, cut sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until tender. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix COOL WHIP and cinnamon until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after 30 sec.
- Place warm apple halves, cut sides up, in 4 dessert dishes just before serving; drizzle with caramel sauce. Top with COOL WHIP mixture and nuts.
