BAGUETTE WITH PARMESAN AND ROASTED GARLIC image

2 heads garlic
1/3 c olive oil
1 baguette
1 tsp coarse salt
pepper
4 oz parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475* cut 1/2 inch off the tops of each garlic head. Place each on a separate piece of parchment, drizzle 1 T oil and wrap tightly. then wrap in foil. Roast until cloves are tender and golden. aprox 30 35 mins Preheat broiler. cut baguette in half and tear open. Brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and season with pepper. Broil until gold. 3mins Use a vegetable peeler, thinly shave Parmesan. Serve baguette with roasted garlic and cheese
