Steps:
- Preheat pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and decrease heat to low. Add anchovies. Cook until garlic is brown and anchovies dissolve, about 5 minutes. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper, and more olive oil to taste.
- To serve, heat in fondue pot and add parsley flakes.
