Bacon-Wrapped Little Loaves image

For an individual, moist, delicious bacon flavored meatloaf, this is the go to recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/2 pound(s) lean ground beef
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) beef bouillon
1/2 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slice(s) bacon, cut in half

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all of the ingredients, except the bacon, together.
  • Shape the mixture into 6 small loaves.
  • Crisscross 2 of the half slices of bacon across each loaf, tucking the ends under each loaf.
  • Place the loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
  • Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
