Bacon Chicken Wraps image

This is another football party finger food that I'm asked to make all the time.The bacon gives it a salty taste which goes great with the brown sugar.

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 lb sliced bacon. ( not thick )
2/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp chili powder

Steps:

  • 1. Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.
  • 2. Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces.
  • 3. Wrap each chicken piece with one piece of bacon.
  • 4. Stir brown sugar and chili powder together and then dredge the chicken pieces in the mixture.
  • 5. Place on a rack in a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
  • 6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30- 35 mins till bacon is crisp. Serve with toothpicks
