BACI MOUSSE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup nutella
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Steps:

  • In a double boiler melt chocolate chips with 1/4 cup cream. Stir untill smooth, cool slightly, and stir in Nutella, then fold in fluff. Refrigerate for a few minutes until cooled. Whip remaining 1/2 cup cream until stiff. Then fold into baci base. Serve Chilled.
