- 1. To Dip: Your favorite veggies or fruit Your favorite chips Heat a small frying pan and gently let the garlic grill in the skin for a few minutes. Let the garlic cool and remove from the skin. Place all of the ingredients for the dip in a food processor and process until smooth. Prepare the veggies, fruit and chips and set up the platter.
