Steps:
- Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crock-pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over roast. Cover.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (I did 1 hour on high and 5 hours on auto-shift).
