Aussie Pulled Leg of Lamb (CrockPot) image

I'm Australian & LOVE lamb! Simple, traditional recipe I normally use in the oven to roast but decided to give crock pot of lamb a go! I stuck to my basic oven roasted recipe & adjusted the cooking method to the crock pot instead.... OML.... I don't think I will be roasting another leg of lamb in the oven it's that good. Hubby...
