Auntie Lu's easy cheesy tuna casserole Recipe - (4.2/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 macaroni and cheese boxed mix (or left over homemade!)
1 C cubed or shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms - drained
1 can of tuna - drained
1 small can of peas - drained
1 small onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Prepare mac n cheese to box directions. Add all the other ingredients except the peas and mix well. (peas get mushy if added before baking) Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or the cheddar cheese has begun to melt into gooey lumps. Remove from oven and fold in peas.
